I recently had the pleasure of having a breathwork session with Mr Chancerelle. I have not had any previous experience, so didn't quite know what to expect, but adrien carefully explained the technique to prepare me. It was a most uplifting and unique experience, very peaceful leaving me with a good connection to myself and a heightened state of self awareness, which lasted all day. The session was conducted in a most professional manner, monitoring my response, and aided by the relaxing tone of adrien’s voice. Adrien then suggested follow up exercises that I do myself, and I have been successfully incorporating them into my daily life.
